| The company developed the indigenous technology in-house and developed the filtration unit. Filter housing are designed as per ASME Sec VII Div I and made in Stainless Steel 316 grade. Presently the company owns 6 sets of twin pod cartridge filter and bag filter units. |
| The company has highly trained man power to operate the units. Every filtration engineer of the company is trained for brine preparation, turbidity check, trouble shooting of the units including repair of the valves which ensure uninterrupted nit operation at remote locations. It is mandatory that all the engineers have a valid license for HUET, Sea Survival, Fire Fighting and First Aid. |
| The company has tied up to with the manufacturers of the polypropylene pleated cartridges and bags to toll manufacture as per company's specifications under strict quality control. The company has established an in-house Q. C. check procedure for the cartridges and the bags. |
| GUMPRO'S DUAL VESSEL SKID is used for brine filtration for purification down upto ONE MICRON. For brine with heavier contamination. the skid can be used in conjunction with bag filters. which carry out the upstream coarse filtration. |
| Filter housings are designed as per ASME Sec VII. Div. I and made in Stainless steel to eliminate corrosion issues. Swing type eye bolts along with davit pipe help easy opening of the filter housing for quick changing of filter cartridges. |
| Filtration media is polypropylene pleated cartridge with large filtration area and high dirt holding capacity. Series / parallel pre and final filtration in single pass. |
